Tight Vagina? Loose Vagina? Problems in Media with Sex
Women like to talk about the state of their vagina even less than men like to talk about the state of their penis, but they can feel the same sorts of pressures about it and it can stem from the same causes: self confidence issues, often brought about by misconceptions in pop culture. In the case of a woman, the problem can come about trying to figure out whether their vagina should be tighter or looser. How many times have you heard jokes about women so loose that it’s like throwing a hot dog down a hallway and have the connotation of the woman being ‘loose’? Or how many women have had trouble with sex because they feel like they are too tight? It’s a hard thing to talk about.
Loose vaginas are not caused solely but lots of intimate relations. There are actually many causes, including the fact that some women are just naturally looser than others. Childbirth can also cause a loose vagina; it’s pretty obvious if you consider the fact that you just pushed out a nine pound human! Age can also cause a loosening of the vaginal muscles. As you can see, there are far more reason for a loose vagina than simple promiscuity.
Tight vaginas are a little trickier. They are usually as a result of virginity (or near virginity), but the muscles can also become tighter if it’s just been a while. Stress, anxiety and anger can also make it hard for the muscles to relax and make sex a lot less comfortable. Although there is far less of a stigma tied to a tight vagina (since men like them that way), it’s still something which many women have to deal with.
Both problems can be dealt with and often by doing the same thing. For example, did you know that Kegel exercises can be done for women as well as men? Kegels are a great way to not only tighten vaginal muscles, but make them stronger. This not only makes sex better, but also helps you go through childbirth a little easier and let you bounce back from that trauma faster. Kegels can also help you relax a tight vagina, again by strengthening the muscles and giving you more control. Another thing to use is the Virgin Stick which is a gentle herb that helps your vaginal muscles function a bit better and gives you more comfort down below. Finally, talking things out with your partner and perhaps finding other forms of intimacy can go a long ways towards restoring confidence and finding new ways to be sexy even while your vagina is being uncooperative!
One of the most important things to keep in mind here is the fact that there is no such thing as a ‘normal’ vagina; some women are tighter, some are looser. You can do some things to make it easier, but at the end of the day, a good start is to ignore the jokes and the speculations and star being comfortable with your own skin instead of comparing yourself to others. Not only will this help your confidence, but you’ll also feel sexier and more empowered; all great things for any women. Take care of your health and your libido!
